Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, cancellations, and replacements.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, and marketplace policies.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed products, and catalog-related errors.
- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve marketplace performance and sales.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
