Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media content for Zingy Gifts and our agency clients.

You don't need to be a pro shooter - we have a videographer for that. But you must:
- Plan creative content calendars
- Edit engaging Reels and Shorts
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Stay on top of trends and execute fast

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning
- Create monthly content calendars for Zingy Gifts and agency clients
- Brainstorm 10-15 fresh reel ideas every week based on trending audio, formats, and products
- Align content with brand goals and campaign calendars

Video Editing & Production
- Edit high-quality vertical videos (Reels, Shorts)



for Instagram and YouTube
- Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Add effects, captions, transitions, and music to make content engaging
- Work with our videographer to direct shoots and ensure raw footage matches the vision

Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
- Write compelling captions and engage with the audience (comments, DMs)
- Track post performance and suggest optimizations
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Trend Spotting & Innovation
- Stay updated on social media trends, memes, and formats
- Identify opportunities to connect trends with our brands
- Experiment with new content formats and analyze what works

Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content with ad campaigns
- Work with designers and videographers to produce high-quality assets
- Present ideas and performance updates in
