Account Management
- Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account
- Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
- Maintain high account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate)
- Create and optimize product listings (title, bullet points, descriptions, keywords)
- Process and track orders daily
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries
- Plan and create FBA shipments
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and dispatch to Amazon warehouses
- Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory regularly
- Create and manage Sponsored Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns
- Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies
- Monitor account health dashboard regularly
- Resolve policy violations, claims,



and customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Manage catalog updates, pricing, and inventory
- Perform keyword research and SEO optimization for better visibility

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
