Job Title: Staff Nurse - ICU/NICU
Department: Intensive Care Unit / Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Reporting To: Nursing Superintendent / Nursing In-charge / Duty Doctor

Job Purpose:
To provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/NICU, ensuring continuous monitoring, timely intervention, proper documentation, infection control, and compliance with hospital policies.

Required Qualification:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Relevant ICU/NICU experience preferred.

Key Skills:
Critical care nursing, patient monitoring, medication administration, ventilator care, emergency/CPR management, infection control, documentation, communication and teamwork.

Job Nature: Full-time / Shift Duty
Work Location: Hospital ICU/NICU

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
