Industry: Railway / HVAC Industry (Government Projects)
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel is required, both within and outside the assigned region to various project sites and government offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of government projects from initiation to
closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Sales & Government Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and
government agencies. Maintain strong relationships to facilitate new project approvals,
compliance, and smooth execution..
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation,
resource allocation, and financial reporting. Ensure that all financial aspects are handled
according to company policies and government regulations.
- Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to government standards, codes, and regulations,
particularly within the railway or HVAC sectors.
- Travel: Regular travel to project sites, government offices, and other relevant locations as
required. Ensure all on-site operations are aligned with project goals and government
requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A
Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in
managing government projects in the railway or HVAC industry.
