Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of the assigned VMC & Cutting Machine zone (4-6 VMC machines and related cutting machines).
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and cycle time adherence.
- Verify machine setting, tooling, fixtures, and program readiness before production start.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Track hourly and daily production performance and take corrective actions for deviations.
- Train and guide operators and setters on process requirements and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of VMC machining operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, fixtures, and machine programs.
- Positive leadership and manpower handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
