Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Create and manage monthly marketing calendars and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate and oversee content creation including photos, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Manage online reputation by monitoring customer reviews and feedback.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Develop customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Plan and execute seasonal offers, festive campaigns, and special promotions.




- Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and local businesses for collaborations.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
- Work closely with salon operations and management teams to achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience in managing content creators, photographers and media team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
