About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations & Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of our award ceremonies. This is a project based hybrid role, offering flexibility to work from home while being available onsite during key event periods.

You will play an important role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly—from coordinating logistics and managing registrations to supporting marketing campaigns and client communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including venue management, vendors, logistics, schedules, and onsite execution.
- Support event marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, content creation, and participant communication.
- Liaise with award nominees, speakers, sponsors, partners to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage registrations, respond to enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with sponsorship and participation outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Prepare reports, track event progress,



and help improve operational processes for future events.
- Work closely with the leadership team to deliver high-quality, impactful events.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in event coordination, marketing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
- Confidence in handling event-related queries.
- Basic follow-up skills for participant and sponsorship engagement.
- Flexibility to work onsite during major event phases.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
