JOB DESCRIPTION - RESTAURANT MANAGER

Position: Restaurant Manager
Reporting To: Operations Manager / General Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall management of Annachi Kitchen, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent guest service, food quality, hygiene, staff discipline, and achievement of sales and cost-control targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Annachi Kitchen efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Supervise restaurant staff, including waiters, captains, runners, and other service team members.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Ensure proper restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and restaurant ambience.




- Monitor daily sales, billing, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions.
- Control wastage, breakage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, furniture, and other assets.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Accounts, Maintenance, and Housekeeping departments as required.
- Ensure proper use of POS/Petpooja and timely completion of operational entries and reports.
- Conduct regular briefing with the team and communicate daily targets and operational requirements.
- Monitor customer feedback and take immediate corrective action where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and statutory requirements.
- Support promotional activities, events, and special functions conducted at the outlet.
