Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes as per company recipes and quality standards.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team during service hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant kitchen experience.
- Experience in the respective cuisine (Continental, Chinese, Tandoor, or Indian).
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
