- About the Role:_
The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Navi Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.
- Key Responsibilities:_
-Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Navi Mumbai.
-Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.
-Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.
-Team Collaboration: Regularly update the team with relevant information.
-Independent Work: Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.
-Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements.
- What We Are Looking For:_
-Communication:
Should have basic verbal and written communication skills.
-Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Navi Mumbai as per job requirements.
-Vehicle Requirement: Must have a bike 2-wheeler / Driver's license (mandatory).
-Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
