Job Purpose:
Service Operations is a critical part of the infrastructure in Smiths Detection. The role is situated inside the Service Back Office team, within the Intercompany workstream that supports the Aftermarket business and Service Operations.

As a Service Order Management Sr. Specialist (French), you will support Smiths Detection's strategic objectives around Accelerating Growth, Effective Execution and our People, contributing to significant lasting change and overall customer experience.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for Global Contracts, ensuring smooth execution from contract creation through to final invoicing. This includes:
- Supporting the French office with French language skills as a core requirement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to initiate, manage and monitor contract documentation.
- Ensuring timely invoicing, closure and compliance with internal and external requirements.




- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery setup.

Key Duties:
- Creating Master Documentation and managing Contract Creation in SAP and Activation in ServiceMax.
- Creating and Activating PM Plans in SVMX and Dispatching Work Orders to 3rd Parties.
- Monitoring Global Contracts to ensure all KPIs are achieved and supporting closure of Aged Work Orders.
- Interrogating raw data to identify and resolve issues in ServiceMax.
- Completing all tasks on a right first-time basis.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration:
- Supporting the Service Back Office strategic approach and executing the continuous improvement plan within your workstream.
- Attending weekly and monthly internal meetings and sharing best practices to drive efficiency and process enhancements.
