About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our residential sales team. You will handle residential buyers and tenants, understand their requirements, suggest suitable properties, conduct site visits, manage follow-ups, and convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads received through CRM, campaigns, referrals, and internal sources.
- Understand client requirements, budget, location, purpose, and timeline.
- Handle apartments, villas, bungalows, weekend homes, resale properties, rentals, and investment properties.
- Suggest suitable properties and coordinate site visits.




- Follow up with clients and drive them towards closure.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, landlords, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.
- Stay updated on Ahmedabad's residential projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, site visits, closures, and revenue.

What We're Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.:
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Experience in residential sales, leasing, insurance, banking, automobile, luxury sales, or field sales is an advantage.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, CRM, meetings, and site visits.
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad's real estate market will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.
