- Assessment Testing (Testing will involve participating in assessments on the platform)
- Create and participate in assessments to check the complete flow
- Identify errors/issues during testing and report them properly
- Create tickets for all identified issues with proper details and evidence
- Follow up on tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Re-test after fixes to ensure issues are resolved
- Ensure smooth functioning and quality of assessments
Requisite Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (graduate in B.COM/M.COM/MBA)
- Good communication skills (basic English & Hindi)
- Attention to detail and ability to identify errors
- Ability to follow up and coordinate with team members
