Key Responsibilities
- Perform Final Inspection & Testing (FIT) for WEDM, EDM, and EDM Drill Machines within the defined timelines
- Conduct customer trials and demonstrate machine performance before dispatch
- Provide customer training and technical support to customers and field service engineers.
- Handle machining process-related activities with strong technical expertise
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful machine commissioning and customer satisfaction
- Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering or B.E.
in Mechanical Engineering
- _2- 3 years_Hands-on experience with EDM / WEDM Machine Tools
- Robust knowledge of CNC machining operations and machining processes
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for customer support and machine demonstrations, if required
