- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings as instructed.
- Convert hand sketches, PDFs, and site markups into CAD drawings.
- Organize and maintain drawing records and revisions.
- Assist engineers in preparing layout drawings, details, and as-built drawings.
- Learn construction terminology, standards, and drawing interpretation.
- Coordinate with the project team for drawing updates.
During Training
- Understand BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and item descriptions.
- Learn quantity estimation from drawings.
- Prepare measurement sheets under supervision.
- Assist in preparing RA Bills and client billing documents.
- Learn rate analysis and quantity reconciliation.
- Support documentation for subcontractor billing.
- Maintain project records and progress reports.
Future Responsibilities (Billing Engineer)
- Prepare quantity take-offs independently.
- Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
- Verify executed quantities from site measurements.
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurement verification.
- Track project quantities and billing status.
- Assist in preparing final bills and project documentation.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to understand technical drawings.
- Good computer skills (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Willingness to learn construction practices and billing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
