Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Physics

Key Responsibilities
- Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Physics lessons for grades [specify] as per the curriculum (e.g., CBSE/ICSE/State Board/International Curriculum).
- Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Use innovative teaching methods, including technology, to enhance the learning experience.
- Student Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and conduct assessments such as tests, quizzes, practicals, and projects to evaluate student understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their performance.
- Maintain records of student progress and prepare reports for parents and school management.
- Laboratory Management:
- Conduct physics experiments and demonstrations in a safe and organized manner.
- Ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Classroom Management:
- Foster a positive and disciplined learning workplace.
- Manage classroom behavior and encourage active participation.
- Professional Development:
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and seminars to stay updated on advancements in teaching methodologies and Physics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum design.
- Extracurricular Engagement:
- Mentor students for science fairs, Olympiads, and other competitive exams (e.g., JEE, NEET, etc.).
- Organize and participate in school events like science exhibitions and inter-school competitions.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
- Assist in preparing annual plans, timetables, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc. or equivalent).
