About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Manager to own the complete workflow of our clients' personal branding journey.

This is not just a social media posting role. You will be responsible for ensuring every piece of content moves smoothly from planning to publishing while maintaining our quality standards, timelines, and client experience.

You will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal creative team, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Shoot Coordination
- Plan and organize monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with clients to finalize shoot dates.
- Prepare and arrange shoot topics and content briefs.
- Ensure all required content is ready before every shoot.
- Keep the content pipeline active so clients never run out of content.
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage the complete content production process from shoot to publishing.
- Coordinate with video editors,



graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members.
- Track every task and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Follow up with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of every asset.
- Maintain project trackers and workflow systems.
Quality Control
- Review edited videos against the company's quality benchmarks.
- Ensure thumbnails meet branding and visual standards.
- Review captions for clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Ensure every deliverable is client-ready before sharing.
Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Share content for approvals and follow up to ensure timely reviews.
- Resolve client queries professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Publishing & Social Media Management
