Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, ledger management, inventory accounting, and statutory compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in GST and TDS filing.

Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Ensure timely posting of journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Inventory Management:
- Track and reconcile inventory records with financial accounts.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure accurate stock valuation.
- Implement controls to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.
- Ensure compliance with TDS regulations, including timely deductions and filings.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Financial Reporting:
- Generate periodic MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




- Support in preparation of annual financial statements.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
