Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development activities for recent pharmaceutical formulations and products.
- Develop, optimize, and evaluate formulations as per project requirements.
- Perform laboratory trials, experiments, and product evaluations.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, reports, protocols, and records.
- Analyze trial results and recommend improvements in formulation and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
- Ensure all R&D; activities are performed according to approved procedures, GMP requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Investigate formulation or process-related issues and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, records, and relevant documentation.




- Stay updated with current pharmaceutical technologies, scientific literature, and industry practices.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D;/formulation development preferred.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, laboratory practices, and GMP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
