Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Upwork (Night Shift)
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Write customized, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide accurate solutions.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor Upwork trends, competition, and best practices to improve bidding success.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Upwork business development.:




- Proven experience in generating business through Upwork with successful project closures.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI, SaaS, UI/UX, Digital Marketing, or related technologies.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Ability to identify emerging market opportunities and business trends.
