Walk the yard and prepare the daily muster: who is present, who is on trip, who is on leave, who is absent without informing.
Listen to drivers and write every issue in the register - advance requests, salary confusion, room problems, medical issues.
Paperwork: licence/document expiry alerts (30 days in advance), joining formalities for recent drivers, exit formalities for leaving drivers - and always ask one question in exit: 'Why are you leaving?
Update the referral register (who brought whom, whose 3/6-month milestone is due - alert HR for payout). At month end, verify the incentive sheets before Manager approval.
Our JNPT branch runs 137 vehicles with about 150 drivers. You will be the one person every driver can go to. Driver attendance, driver problems, driver documents and driver incentive verification
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
