Eligibility
- BHMS / BAMS / MBBS from a recognized institution.
- Valid State Medical Council Registration (where applicable).
- Good clinical knowledge, patient assessment, and emergency management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and manage patients in the OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Ward settings.
- Provide timely medical care and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
- Attend to medical emergencies and stabilize patients as required.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic investigations.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education programmes.
