* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the UAE to introduce and explain Etisalat's postpaid SIM cards, eLife packages, and SMB product offerings.
- Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Etisalat products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to match their requirements.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about Etisalat products and services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.
- Stay updated on the latest Etisalat products, promotions, and market trends.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications and Skills:




- Proven experience in telesales or a similar customer-facing sales role, preferably with exposure to telecom products or services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive telephone manner.
- Fluency in English & Hindi is essential.

*Proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the UAE will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers over the phone.
- Results-oriented with a robust drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
