Role PurposeThe Assistant Manager - Operations (Academic & Research Writing)

They will be responsible for managing academic writers and ensuring high-quality, well-structured, plagiarism-free academic content is delivered accurately and on time.

The role will focus on writer productivity, workload allocation, quality control, deadline management, reporting, and maintaining low revision and complaint rates.





Key Responsibilities∙

Manage and support a team of Academic Writers to achieve quality and productivity targets. ∙

Review and ensure academic projects follow the required structure, including essays, reports, case studies, dissertations, and other academic documents. ∙

Check the accuracy and consistency of academic referencing styles, including APA, Harvard, MLA, and Chicago. ∙

Monitor plagiarism control and ensure content meets required academic quality standards. ∙Conduct or coordinate pre-delivery quality checks with Team Leaders. ∙Ensure balanced workload distribution and consistent writer engagement. ∙

Track daily team productivity through word count, assignments completed, deadlines, revisions, and other operational metrics. ∙

Monitor project timelines and ensure work is delivered within agreed deadlines. ∙Identify recurring quality issues, revision patterns, and writer performa
