Position Description:
- Job Summary

Experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with wealth and investment management platforms, is an added advantage.
- Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze,



and document business and functional requirements.
- Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze collateral management workflows including margining, settlements, reconciliations, and dispute management.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and support system integration initiatives.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support production releases, defect triage, and business validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Investment Accounting, Derivatives, and Wealth Management.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned with regulatory and operational standards.
