Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST)
Working Days: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements:
- Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes
- Ability to work in the US shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
- Willingness to relocate, if required
- Fresher’s are welcome to apply
- This is an on-site role, not remote
