Role Summary

The Product Manager for euHReka is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product capabilities that strengthen payroll accuracy, compliance, and scalability across global clients.

This role owns the “what” and “why” of the product, ensuring euHReka evolves in line with client needs, regulatory requirements,



and Strada’s broader platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and maintain a transparent product vision and roadmap for euHReka aligned to platform and business priorities

Translate enterprise objectives into prioritized product investments with measurable outcomes

Balance short-term stabilization with long-term modernization of the payroll engine

Customer & Domain Understanding

Develop deep expertise in global payroll processes, statutory requirements, and client pain points

Engage client-facing and client-serving teams to validate needs and refine priorities

Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions

Backlog Ownership & Prioritization

Own and prioritize the product backlog using structured frameworks (e.g., WSJF)

Ensure all work items have clear problem statements, defined audiences, and value hypotheses

Make trade-off decisions grounded in business impact, ri
