Hiring: Senior Accountant

Organization: Bada Business
Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month
Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings

Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations

Prepare MIS reports and financial reports for management review

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits

Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation

Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance





8-10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance

Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting

Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting/ERP Software (Tally, SAP, etc.)

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and coordination skills
