About the role

What will you do?
- Perform annual reviews and underwriting support for Commercial Real Estate mortgage loans across various property types.
- Conduct complex rent roll analysis including tenant mix, occupancy, reimbursement structures and lease risk.
- Analyze detailed property’s cash flow statements to assess NOI, DSCR, LTV, operating performance, expense trends, capital expenditures, recurring/non-recurring adjustments and year-over-year variances.
- Conduct credit risk assessments and portfolio monitoring, including loan performance analysis.
- Prepare concise annual review summaries, borrower write-ups and underwriting recommendations for Business Partner review.
- Review and abstract complex commercial leases, including base rent, escalations, recovery structure, renewal/termination options, and other special provisions / clauses.
