Role summary

This role requires hands-on experience managing software development projects while ensuring alignment with organisational goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning s Execution
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively

Technical Coordination
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical dependencies, architecture, and delivery constraints
- Translate business and program requirements into clear technical tasks and milestones
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and deployment

Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and program teams
- Coordinate with education, content, and field teams in EdTech/NGO contexts

Quality s Delivery Governance




- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and change-management records
- Support release management, UAT coordination, and post-launch reviews

Process Improvement
- Implement and follow agile, scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, efficiency, and team collaboration

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in B Tech, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus
- 5-10 years of experience managing software or technology projects
- Prior experience working in EdTech platforms, education programs, or NGO-driven projectspreferred
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologiesand project management tools
