RR Group of Institutions (RRGI) is looking for experienced Aptitude Trainers to join our Training & Placement Department for the 2025-26 academic session.

ob Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to train B.Tech students for campus placement drives. The trainer will be responsible for building solid problem-solving skills, improving test performance, and preparing students for written aptitude rounds conducted by top recruiting companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Train B.Tech students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation:
- Design and deliver placement-oriented training programs aligned with campus drive patterns
- Conduct mock tests, assessments, and practice sessions simulating real company exams
- Analyze student performance and provide individual feedback and improvement strategies:
- Prepare and update study materials, question banks, and practice worksheets:
- Familiarize students with company-specific aptitude patterns (TCS, Infosys, Wipro,



Accenture, etc.)
- Improve students’ time management, accuracy, and test-taking strategies:
- Coordinate with placement cells and faculty to align training schedules
- Motivate and mentor students to boost confidence and placement readiness

Required Skills:
- Strong command over aptitude concepts and shortcuts:
- Excellent communication and classroom engagement skills:
- Ability to simplify complex problems for easy understanding
- Experience with online test platforms and digital training tools:
- Strong analytical and mentoring skills

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / Any Graduate)
- Certification or formal training in Aptitude / Placement Training is a plus

Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in aptitude or placement training
- Prior experience training engineering students for campus placements preferred
