Role Summary
The WhatsApp Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer conversations through WhatsApp Business, understanding customer requirements, recommending products, driving sales conversions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp Business in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics.
- Share product images, videos,
pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
- Convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the store, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate order processing and payment coordination.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on recent collections, seasonal launches, and promotions.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of WhatsApp Business features.
