Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹9,500 per month
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹24,500 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Assist in inventory management and stock checks
- Maintain showroom presentation standards
- Support promotional and marketing activities
- Follow company sales processes and SOPs
Requirements:
- Freshers may apply
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Jewellery experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer-focused approach
