Role Description The Finance Associate role at BrightCHAMPS is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role,



the Finance Associate will assist with the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and reports to support accurate and timely financial decision-making. Daily responsibilities include maintaining financial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and relevant regulations. The Finance Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and respond to queries from internal stakeholders and auditors. This role also involves contributing to the improvement of financial reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA level) are an advantage.
