We are looking for a talented and experienced Mixologist for a premium high-energy bar and fine dining restaurant environment at Chica.

Position:
Mixologist

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve classic as well as signature cocktails with consistency and creativity
- Develop innovative beverage menus and seasonal cocktail concepts
- Maintain high standards of bar hygiene, presentation, and guest service
- Handle bar inventory, stock control, garnishing, and daily requisitions
- Ensure smooth bar operations during high-volume service hours
- Interact professionally with guests and provide an energetic bar experience
- Maintain knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, mixers, and international cocktail trends
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with all safety and liquor service regulations




- Must have prior experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in reputed restaurants, lounges, or high-energy bars
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and bar operations
- Excellent communication and guest handling skills
- Creative personality with passion for beverages and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with skilled attitude and grooming standards
