About the Role:
Kukami is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can turn ordinary ideas into exceptional digital experiences. If you understand users, love clean visual design, and can defend good typography choices (yes, Comic Sans is a crime), this role is for you

Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Work in Figma to craft high-fidelity screens, design systems, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless, pixel-perfect implementation.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
- Contribute to branding, graphic design, and video editing tasks when needed.
- Ensure consistency across all products through thoughtful design patterns and guidelines.
- Deliver user-centered solutions that are both delightful for users and practical for developers.

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.




- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes, design systems).
- Experience in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to balance creativity with usability and practicality.
- Solid communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions clearly.
- A portfolio showcasing your best UI/UX work (mandatory).

Nice to Have
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation.
- Familiarity with usability testing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
