Key Responsibilities:
- At least 8+ years of experience working within an Agile environment as Scrum Master
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint demos
eviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and guide the development team on Scrum, Lean and DevOps principles and practices.
- Propose improvements to the current process and Agile practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with product owners to conduct business analysis activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, wire frames, documentation of features and gap analysis.
- Work to prioritize, maintain the product backlog and acceptance criteria to maximize value of data solutions.
- Ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, well understood, and properly estimated by the development team.
