Your Role - Job Role:
As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules.
- Design and configure - Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, Continuous Performance Management (CPM)




- Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
- Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Support data migration and reporting requirements.

Your Profile - Skills Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.
- Previous experience in HR or talent management processes, such as employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance reviews, is highly beneficial.
- SuccessFactors certification
