Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Play a significant role in existing customer relation building, long term sales growth planning, develop strategies including an initiative geared towards sales excellence

2. Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone to manage both our existing sales pipeline and developing recent business opportunities to attract new customers

3. Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities

4. Generate recent leads, cold calls to prospective customers, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, lead and facilitate logistics

5. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

6. Assist organization in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and that achieve strategic goals

7. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer requirements,



meet regularly with management and operations team to discuss business and sales strategy

9. Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company

10. Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals

11. Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations

12. Oversee the digital marketing tools such as social media and comments addressal from the viewers

13. Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

General

1. Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business

2. Gain a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them

3. Liaise with the finance team, customer services, warehousing, and operations departmen
