About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
- Provide timely updates regarding shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Resolve customer concerns while delivering outstanding service.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ACI/ACE customs documentation and border processes.
- Previous experience in the Canadian trucking, transportation, or logistics industry is considered a strong asset.
- Familiarity with dispatching or freight operations is an advantage.
