Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Sales Associates (Freshers) to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are eager to build a career in retail sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle billing, cash, and digital payments (if required).
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and price tagging.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.




- Follow company policies and maintain skilled conduct.

Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
