- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery capability, and technical compliance
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved specifications and prices
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions to achieve cost savings
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to understand technical requirements
- Track order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or non-conforming materials
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
- Support vendor development and supplier performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Preferred Education/Qualification: BE / Diploma - in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil
- Specific skills required:1-3 years of experience in electrical wiring / cabling, switchgear installation.
