We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and campaign execution. You’ll help coordinate projects, conduct market research, and assist in creating content that drives brand awareness and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Market Research: Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars, organize files, schedule meetings, and coordinate with vendors
- Event Coordination: Support trade shows, product launches, webinars, and other promotional events
- Reporting: Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
or related field
- Experience: 0-2 years in marketing, internships preferred for freshers
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager a plus
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
