Role Overview

Required Skills:
5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) (mandatory).

Experience building and customizing ServiceNow Workspaces.

Strong experience in Custom Application Development on ServiceNow.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow Integration Frameworks.

Hands-on experience with:
Scripted REST APIs

REST Messages

SOAP Messages

Integration Hub

Experience with authentication methods:
OAuth

Basic Authentication

Positive understanding of ServiceNow Data Models and Relational Tables.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
