- Process Optimization: Establish scalable workflows and systems to improve project delivery timelines and team efficiency.

2. Client Strategy & Account Growth
- Strategic Oversight: Provide high-level strategic counsel to key clients and review major campaigns for quality and impact.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with key accounts, resolve escalations, and spot opportunities for upselling and account growth.
- New Business Support: Assist the leadership team in pitching to new prospective clients and shaping agency proposals. [1, 2]

- Mentorship: Lead department heads (e.g., SEO, Content, Paid Media, Account Management) by setting clear goals and KPIs.
