Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily business operations across all departments.
- Track the progress of ongoing projects, tasks, and operational activities, ensuring timely completion.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with site teams, management, clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between the office, project sites, vendors, and management.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely completion of day-to-day operational tasks and follow up on pending actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational timelines.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and ensure closure of assigned tasks.
- Support management in improving operational systems and business processes.
