Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to introduce the company's IT services and solutions.
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and identifying business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demos between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
- Stay updated with the company's services and industry trends.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Ability to schedule meetings and manage follow-ups effectively.
