Prepare detailed quantity take-off and BOQ from drawings.
- Prepare project cost estimation for civil construction works.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare client billing.
- Prepare rate analysis for construction items.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase team, and project managers for billing and estimation data.
- Monitor project quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and project documentation.
- Check reconciliation of material consumption and wastage.
- Prepare and track running account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Assist in tender estimation and costing activities.
- Ensure work billing is completed as per project timelines.
- Prepare MIS reports related to project costing and billing.

- 03 to 08 years’ Experience in residential/commercial project billing.
- Solid analytical and calculation skills.
