Make outbound calls to customers for product promotions, offers, and sales follow-ups.
- Handle inbound calls and provide information regarding products, prices, and ongoing offers.
- Maintain customer databases and update records of calls and sales leads.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
- Support marketing campaigns and assist in customer engagement activities
- Compulsory Tamil & English language Known person.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
